All products are handmade and crafted with care, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage.

 

Special Edition Albums
Our Snow Dusted Denim special edition album and Hell of a Ride albums are produced in limited quantities. Exchanges will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged during shipping and if replacements are still available in stock.

To request an exchange for a damaged album, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If we have a replacement available, we’ll send it to you at no additional cost. If replacements are sold out, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative solution.
